3D ANET ET4 PRO PRINTING WITH PLA

At Sbags, we have started to investigate and develop 3D design and printing for the future implementation of this technology in our products.

Currently, as we know, this technology has been in development for the last few years. As usual it is under the control of certain big Corporations.

Entrepreneur companies, as Sbags, are only about experimenting, in their own, how complicated it can be work with a new technology. That is why we love to share with you our personal 3D manufactured pieces collection.

We have been testing since half of December 2020. So we have been dealing with complicated and new softwares such as Cura, 3D Blender, etc…

Sbags project consist in following steps:

(bellow attached link to complete all this information )

1- Get the model to print in a 3D file STL format.
Use a 3D design program and get a 3D graphic in STL format (Blender software)
To get a 3D stl file from 2D (svg, png, jpg, pdf,…) file.
To get 3D file in STL from website with a STL library files.
Through a 3D scanner

2- Validate STL file with a repairing software:
The principal aim is to correct STL file mistakes to print in 3D.

3- To get GCODE format file.
From the STL file, we get GCODE file through the laminated Cura software (Slicer), with the instructions in G language for 3D printer software.

4- To print in the 3D printer
– Download GCODE file in SD card.
– Insert the SD card into the printer.
– Balance the platform / Get the platform balanced.
– Get the struder heated (warmed up).
– Get the platform warmed-up.
– Feed the PDA filament into the printer.
– Start the printing process.

5- Clean the object
– Remove cantilever support structures from the item.
– Review the imperfections with a 3D pen.
– Use laser engraving.
– Paint the item.
